I can always guarantee that Eden will amuse me throughout the day...even if things aren't laughing matters.
Yesterday at the park...
Eden: "Salem, come here now!" (he didn't)
"Ok Salem, that's one spankin'!" (wonder where she hears that?)
Me: "Eden, the way you are talking right now is not loving. Fix it."
Eden: Looking at me with sweet, pleading eyes... "Mommy, may I please hit Salem, please?"
Where does she get this?!

Then this morning was fabulous. I walked in to the living room to see her eyeing something on the tip of her finger.
Me: "Eden come here please."
Eden: "Ok. Just a second." Then she runs behind the chair to do something with the substance on the tip of her finger."
Me: "Eden, are you hiding so that you can eat a booger on your finger?!"
Eden: "No. It's leftover lunch."
Me: "Where did you find the leftover lunch?"
She sheepishly points to her nose.
Times like this I'd like to say that I'm certain she doesn't get that from me.

Hahaha! Amazing that it comes from within their little minds!
(and on a sweeter "he's been listening to Mama" note)- We heard the boys playing over the monitor. Isaiah did something and Isaac's response was, "Oh! I LOVE it Zaiah! I love it!"
SO funny! Why do kids want to eat their boogers and point at their poo?
Hmmm...
Leftover lunch! I love it! That is tooo hilarious.
she is such a sweetie pie...can't wait to get to know her big personality. glad you and B got to enjoy some quality time together. Enjoyed reading your heart and perspective on that area of the world. You all are a light wherever you go!! tell Salem our boy's are ready for some "boy time". Involving football or wrestling no doubt. :) hugs.
